How to Use the Calculator

Mode 1: Manual Mode

When to Use: You have accounts across different prop firms with varying profit splits.

How to Use:

1. Select “Manual” mode
2. Add each account: Label + Profit Amount + Split %
3. Use “+ ADD ACCOUNT” for each additional firm
4. View your consolidated payout across all firms

Example:

• 3 Apex accounts: $3,000 total × 90% = $2,700
• 2 TopStep accounts: $1,500 total × 80% = $1,200
• 1 Take Profit Trader: $2,000 × 85% = $1,700
• Portfolio Total: $5,600 payout from $6,500 profit

Mode 2: Copy Trading Mode

When to Use: You have multiple accounts with the same prop firm and identical profit amounts.

Why This Strategy: Once you prove a strategy works consistently, copy trading across multiple accounts with one firm simplifies management while maximizing capital allocation. This model allows systematic scaling beyond single account limitations with predictable calculations and streamlined withdrawals.

How to Use:

1. Select “Copy Trading” mode
2. Enter: Number of accounts + Profit per account + Split %
3. Instantly see total earnings from all accounts

Example:

• 25 identical accounts with Apex Trader Funding
• Target: $1,500 profit per account monthly
• Calculation: 25 × $1,500 × 90% = $33,750 monthly payout
• Annual projection: ~$405,000 (assuming consistency)
